A Summer Getaway in Pattaya Beach
Pattaya Beach is known as one of the most successful beaches in the world. It is located near the city center which makes the beach near modern day spots like bars, restaurants, entertainment areas, hotels, resorts and shopping malls.
Aside from the sun, sea and sand, Pattaya beach is very well known for its thriving night scene, situated in Pattya Klang which is in the south of the harbor.
The night scene in South Pattaya beach may not be too family oriented so if you are looking for a family getaway, best to stick to the Northern end of Pattaya or go to the Jomtien beach.
The nightlife in Pattaya is hugely characterized by a go go bars wherein girls dance on stage, usually draping around a pole and are wearing very skimpy (to almost none) clothing.
This may sound a bit too much for some but these girls can actually have clean good fun with the patrons by just playing a game of connect 4 or by merely talking to the audience.
However, if you do not want to watch a go go dancers strut on stage, there are also some bars that offer live band entertainment. These bands usually play soft rock, pop and some old songs revived to a different beat. These bars still have some ladies or hostesses that serve and chat with the audience but you can also opt to not avail of these girls.
A great thing about the Pattaya night life (a go go bar or not) is that the beer is so cheap that you can get drunk without your wallet ever feeling a thing!
