I escaped the harsh winters of Northern Europe many years ago and for the last eight years, Thailand has been my permanent home. I’m constantly asked why I chose to live in Thailand and for those who’ve never visited ‘The Land of Smiles’, the answer is simple. Friendly tolerant people, a warm tropical climate, a stimulating variety of Asian food and vibrant entertainment. Thailand is a magnetic Country and if you survive your first encounter with the unlimited temptations, I’m confident that you’ll return many times, searching for more personal satisfaction and ‘raising the barrier’ each time. Visitors to Thailand can join a completely free VIP Membership Club and benefit from huge savings and discounts that are being offered by local businesses.

For visitors to Pattaya transport can be a bit difficult until you understand what to use and how much you should be paying. Our vacation homes are only 1400m to Walking Street making them the only holiday villa’s in Pattaya as close to the action as the Hotels are. The usual method of Transport used locally in Pattaya are motorcycle taxis, these are cheap and in abundance. Wherever you are in Pattaya you will see groups of men and women sitting on motorcycles with a colored waistcoat or jacket on, these are your motorcycle taxi drivers and they will take you anywhere you want to go around the city centre for somewhere between 30 and 80 Baht depending how far you are going and what time of day or night it is.
