As its name implies, Viewpoint Village is not a hotel or resort but rather small village made up of six very luxury homes for rent, each coming with a free use of car equipped with first class insurance. All houses are very close to Jomtien Beach and comfortably distanced from Pattaya Beach, ideally located for windsurfers, jet skiers, divers and swimmers. However the golf lovers will not be disappointed either – some 18 of the best golf courses in the Pattaya area close to the property and they are so not-expensive that just a few extra dollars can allow you to have your professional caddy to carry your stuff, protect you from sun, and make sure that your refreshments are always handy.
The viewpoint village consists of mostly four bedrooms villas, one of five bedrooms, and one bungalow with three bedrooms. Private swimming pools are available only in Baan Nomella four bedroom villa and in Baan Chatmanee bungalow while guests from other houses share a communal large pool. Each house has its own maid and non-stop security provided. Villas are air conditioned, most floors are made of polished marble, and interior design presents a nice mixture of western and traditional Thai d้cor. There is a round the clock room service and desk office available for your requests and needs.
Having your own car while staying in one of those villas, allow you to wander around as you wish. Short drive to Pattaya’s night life or family entertainment during a day is just additional comfort that you get staying in one of Viewpoint Village’s villas.
